Our Story
Specialists in heritage and rare garlic varieties!
We are boutique producers growing heritage, rare cool climate and specialty heirloom garlic varieties using no till raised garden beds.
Growing over 50 varieties, we offer one of Australia's broadest range of garlic varieties to choose from.
There are so many fabulous colours and flavoursome aromas that will suit many cooking styles and foodie's taste buds.
We grow our main stock at Badja Forest Farm and Redhill Wonder but also source some of our garlic stock from various organic based growers within the Snowy Mountains and other nearby cool climate regions. This gives our customers a one stop garlic shop, helping them save on postage costs!
