Specialists in heritage and rare garlic varieties!
We are boutique producers growing and supplying seed of rare and specialty heritage garlic varieties through non conventional methods using no till raised garden beds.
Growing over 50 varieties, we offer one of Australia's broadest garlic seed range of varieties to choose from to grow or eat. There are so many fabulous colours and flavoursome aromas that will suit many cooking styles and Australian foodie taste buds.
We grow our main stock at Badja Forest Farm in the New South Wales Snowy Mountains but also source some of our garlic stock from other various growers within our high elevation area and other nearby cool climate regions.
This gives our customers a one stop garlic shop with a selection of mamny varieties for all climates, helping them save on postage costs!

Our grower expert who is also a board member of the Australian Garlic Industry Association and future judge at the Australian Garlic Awards, offers various educational workshops and training to groups throughout the community, schools and organisations across Australia, advancing their well-being and culture.
