We grow over 50 rare and heritage garlic cultivars using organic principles and methods, offering one of Australia's largest range of garlic flavours for all cooking styles and cuisines. Our extensive range of garlic varieties are grown in cool climates and higher elevations across South East NSW which helps enhance the flavours and colours of our garlic and makes our seed garlic more viable when planted in other climates and lower elevations. All our garlic is grown between 500 and 1200 metres above sea level, in long winters and crispy springs.
