A mix of super crunchy mild to spicy garlic varieties that are grown in the high country of NSW. Varieties in the mix include Monaro Purple, Mexican White, Peruvian White and Spanish Purple Stripe. These are turban garlic sub group varieties with medium to large cloves and spectacular colours.
