Don't want a kilo of one variety? We are currently on the home stretch of our garlic stocks and happy to mix and match from various varieties we have from mild to hot spice. The farmer will send a diverse batch of garlic based on stock levels available. Please let us know when ordering if you would like more mild or hotter garlic types.
