Crab meat 

Frozen corn 

Chopped asparagus 

Diced red onion 

Chopped garlic 

Ginger paste 

Chopped Coriander 

Chili flakes 


Self raising flour

Salt & pepper

Super easy & yummy for a lazy brunch idea, served with Japanese Mayo & Sirracha. 

Don't have measurements, just eyeball the mixture and adjust to your taste - mix it up with your fave additions, as we just used whatever we had. Mix all ingredients well then add in batches to a hot pan with some olive oil.
