Portuguese Rustic
A rustic variety that was given to us to grow and spread throughout the Australian garlic eating and growing community. It was brought in from Portugal by a man who has been in Australia now for over 50 years now, and every year he has been growing it for his immediate and extended family. We are very honoured to be growing this garlic variety and will remain to spread this spicy Portuguese garlic flavour.
