A cool climate garlic originally bred in Tasmania that has rich flavours and strong spice. We have grown this garlic cultivar for two years now, with the first batch not growing correctly due to drought and last year potentially for being planted too late. We have made some adjustments and doing further testing and hope to have it available for sale in early 2023.
